Due to the hygienic nature of hosiery, all tights and hosiery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, tights and hosiery cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, fit, personal preference, change of mind, or after being tried on or worn.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
